I was at Panera with hubby a few weeks ago and they had a delicious chipotle chicken panini. I realized I could make it very easily! It’s simple and super yummy with a little bit of heat!
Chicken breast or chicken burger
Jamie Oliver Blackened Herb Seasoning (found at Target)
Chipotle Sauce (found at Walmart)
Medium cheddar cheese (grated or sliced thinly)
Bun or bread of choice
Season the chicken and BBQ. Add tomato and cheddar on top, close grill lid to melt. Add bun to grill to briefly toast. Add chipotle sauce to warm (if it’s cold from the fridge). Remove and enjoy!
For this photo I used a leftover chicken breast and just assembled the ingredients and microwaved it. A cranky baby means lunch needs to be quick!
